My Journey in Hospitality
I started in the hospitality industry at 20, working nearly every role imaginable—from dishwasher to director of operations to consultant. Over time, I saw firsthand how high employee turnover, unsustainable business models, and weak leadership held back businesses with big potential.
A personal health scare forced me to pause and ask myself:
"What kind of business do I really want to build?"
